Ok, seriously, the server is down right now, and is inaccessible even to me, the guy with all the keys. But don’t fret, I have people. And these people are looking into it. Once they get the server running again and I peruse the log files to see exactly what happened and how to make sure it stops happening, the Appulous you all know and love will be back online. Until then, you’ll see this fancy little page.

Want updates? Then check Hackulous — an unaffiliated forum (even though the name is similar) — where you can get the latest news. Grab an account if you don’t have one, and check the Appulous Talk forum for more info. But don’t make noob posts like “OMG WEN IS IT GUNNA BE BAK UP I NEDE IT” because seriously, we’ll just laugh at you. And then probably delete that noise. Any major groundbreaking updates will be posted to this page, though, so feel free to keep checking back!

[UPDATE 16MAR2009 4PM GMT]: We’re on the way back! I just heard from my people, and it sounds like we should be back up and running later today. It’ll be tough with the brand new iPod 2G crowd pounding the site now, but hopefully we’ll find a solution. Thanks for your patience!”
